Guided by our responsibility toward society, we actively participate in OAED employment-support programs, contributing to the effort to help various social groups—who have been “hit” in recent years—reintegrate into the workforce.

We also offer final-year students from various university (AEI) and technological institute (TEI) departments the opportunity to complete their internship in their field of specialization, gaining valuable professional knowledge as well as the necessary momentum for a successful future career.
