We pay special attention to technical support, prevention and repair. That is why we have created a well-organized and equipped technical department. The department consists of 35 graduates from universities in Greece and abroad, with specialization in the field oh the equipment they support.
The employees of the department continuously review the development of technology by participating in seminars, exhibitions, conferences, as well as in all training programs organized by the foreign manufacturing firms we represent.
We respond on the same day or within 24 hours to every call reporting a problem or breakdown in our customer’s premises. The great specialization and the excellent knowledge our technicians have, as well as our sufficiency all over Greece, contribute to the immediate repair of any damage.
For such a sensitive area as health, technical support of medical devices needs to be continuous and the response to hospital needs to be delivered straight away. Having full awareness of their responsibility towards the patients, the Technical Assistance partners work as a “battle group”, ready to offer their services to hospitals at any time, whenever necessary throughout Greece.
